How do I sign in?

To sign into your existing account

From the app:
  1. Click Already have an account? Log in 
  2. Depending on how you signed up, select Log In with Facebook, Log In with Google, or Log In with Email.
  3. If you choose Log In with Email, enter the email address and password associated with your account.

From the web:

  1. Click Sign In.
  2. Depending on how you signed up, select Sign in with Facebook, Sign in with Google, or enter the email address and password associated with your account.

If you forget your password

  1. Click Forgot Password? and enter the email address associated with your Tophatter account.
  2. An email with a temporary password will be sent to you. 
  3. Enter the temporary password where it says Current Password, and create a new, secure password, then enter it again to confirm.
