Can I cancel an unpaid order?

Information below this line only applies to Marketplace product orders. Marketplace products are no longer being sold, effective June 1, 2022.

You can cancel an Unpaid Marketplace Product order

Please follow these steps:

  1. Visit My Orders
  2. Click View Details next to the item in question
  3. Click  More
  4. Choose Cancel Order, select a reason, add an optional note, then click Cancel Order

If you are using the app and have an unpaid item, you'll need to click Cancel first to close the payment modal, then go to the menu and follow the steps above. 

Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
