Can I change a paid order?

Information below this line only applies to Marketplace product orders. Marketplace products are no longer being sold, effective June 1, 2022.



If alternate options were offered and are still available, you can change your selection for up to 2 days after making payment, or until the order shows a Preparing to Ship or Ready to Ship status, which means the order has processed through the merchant's warehouse and shipment can no longer be stopped. Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit My Orders
  2. Click the item
  3. Click Change Size / Color Selection

Requests are subject to review by the merchant, and may not be approved. You can review your requests under Support Tickets.
