Tophatter is a Marketplace connecting shoppers with merchants, and we rely on merchants to provide accurate information about the items they sell. That means when shopping on our platform, you are purchasing from the applicable partner seller's store, and any product descriptions or any other terms set forth in the listing are provided by the merchant. 

We aim to display accurate listing details. Merchants provide the information displayed in product listings and we have not verified it.

• Items found to be counterfeit will be banned from the platform. 
• Items found to be misleading will be placed on hold until the seller has updated the listing. 
• Penalties will be imposed for merchants who are discovered to be selling misleading items up to and including suspension from selling on our platform.

Utilizing the product ratings we receive from shoppers, Tophatter will suspend sellers and block products based on feedback from our shoppers. Please rate the product accordingly on Tophatter, because ratings are critical for determining which products we permit to be sold on the platform and sellers we continue to partner with.

In addition, we always recommend reaching out to resolve the issue with the merchant first; however, credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets offer buyer protection. In case you are ever unable to resolve an issue with the seller's store, you have the ability to dispute or chargeback directly with your payment method.
