How do I change my shipping address?

You have the option to request an address change on an auctioned order for up to 5 days from the payment date or until the item is marked "Preparing to Ship" or "Ready to Ship" by the merchant-- whichever occurs first. Address change is not available on Buy Now purchases.

To request an address change
  1. Visit My Orders
  2. Click the item
  3. Click Change Shipping Address
  4. Enter the new address and Save
  5. You will receive a confirmation if the merchant accepts the address change request

To ensure receipt of your orders, it's extremely important to be sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of payment. Address change requests are subject to approval by the merchant; merchants are not required to accept address change requests, and may ship to the original address entered. Merchants are responsible for shipping with a valid tracking number to confirm that the item reaches the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of payment.

Please note, we cannot offer Buyer Protection if tracking confirms the item was delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of payment and you did not receive it, or if the item was misplaced or stolen after it was delivered.

If an order is "Preparing to Ship" or "Ready to Ship", it is no longer possible to change the address. We recommend that you contact your post office with the tracking number and request that they reroute the package to another address.

We will only be able to process a refund if tracking confirms the item was "Undeliverable" and returned to sender. Please contact our customer support team if this has occurred.

We strongly recommend deleting any incorrect or unused addresses from your account to prevent accidental shipment to those.

To manage existing shipping addresses on file
  1. Visit Account Info
  2. Click Manage Addresses
  3. Edit or delete an existing address, or click Add Mailing Address to add a new address
