Can I request refund of a paid order?

Information below this line only applies to Marketplace product orders. Marketplace products are no longer being sold, effective June 1, 2022.




You can receive an instant refund for up to 2 hours after making payment

Please follow these steps:

  1. Visit My Orders
  2. Click View Details next to the item in question 
  3. Click Request a Refund
  4. Select a reason, add an optional note, and click Request a Refund

If more than 2 hours have passed since the order was Paid 

Following the same steps above, you can request a refund for up to 4 days after payment, or until the order shows a Preparing to Ship or Ready to Ship status, which means the order has processed through the merchant's warehouse and shipment can no longer be stopped.

These refund requests are subject to review by the merchant, and may not be honored. You can review your requests under Support Tickets.

If the seller declines the request, you can refuse delivery

Please follow these steps:

  1. Do not open the package - Instead, write "Refused" on the outside, and either give the package back to the carrier,drop it off at the post office or shipping carrier, or schedule a pickup within 3 days of delivery. 
  2. Make sure the carrier scans the package as "Refused" while you are present. This is very important, because we can only process a refund if the package has been confirmed returned to the merchant through the tracking details.
  3. Contact us - Refusals of orders cannot be tracked automatically, and you will need to contact our support team. Provide the Order number and corresponding tracking number in your message. When the tracking status confirms the package has been "Refused", our support team will manually process a refund.
