I won! How do I pay?

To pay on the web

• Click Pay
• Choose order options, when available
• Select Checkout or PayPal Checkout
  • If you select PayPal Check out, a login window will pop-up for you to enter your details and complete your payment through PayPal.
  • If you select Checkout, enter your card details or choose a card on file, and complete your payment.

To pay on the app

• Click Pay
• Choose order options, when available then click Continue
• Click Next
• Select Apple Pay/Google Pay, Credit Card, or PayPal
  • If you select Apple Pay or Google Pay, tap the button at the bottom to complete your payment.
  • If you select Credit Card, enter your credit card details, or choose a card on file. 
  • If you select PayPal, tap the button at the bottom to log in to your PayPal account and complete your payment through PayPal.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit - Bill Me Later in most locations, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay from the respective apps.
• Prepaid debit and gift cards carrying a major credit card logo are accepted; these must be registered online with a billing address and telephone number. To learn more about registering your card, please visit the website on the back of the card, or call the toll-free number found there.
• Payment cannot be made by Send Money, COD, telephone, check, or in person. Payment must be made through the Tophatter invoice from My Orders on the website or app. Only payments made through the Tophatter invoice qualify for Buyer Protection.
• If you pay with PayPal, you'll be asked to select a "Ship to" address and a "Pay with" method. Be sure to choose the correct mailing address and the bank account, credit card, or PayPal Credit option you would like to fund your payment.
• Be sure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. The merchant will ship the item to the address you provide.
• After paying, your shipping address will be stored in your account for next time. If you have used multiple shipping addresses, be sure to select the correct one. The most recent address used will be the default next time you buy an item.
• If you pay with a credit card, the details will be stored securely with our processor for next time. If you have used multiple cards, be sure to select the one you want to use. The most recent card used will be the default next time you buy an item.
