Can I change my username?

You can change your username from your profile under Account Info. Your username is a nickname to identify your account, and will be visible to other shoppers and merchants. If a username is not selected at the time you create your account, your username will be the first 5 letters of your email address.

• Usernames must be appropriate for all ages. 
• Usernames should not be shocking, disruptive, offensive, sensational, misleading, or impersonate another individual or business.
• Usernames may not include special characters or URLs.

Usernames that do not meet our guidelines will be edited, and if username violations occur repeatedly, the account may be suspended.
