How long does shipping take?

  • When you click on a listing, you'll see an Estimated Delivery date based on the average range for delivery if the item was paid today. This average is based on the historical shipping and handling time for this item from this seller.
  • After paying, when you click on the item under My Orders, you'll see an even more accurate estimated range for delivery, factoring in historical average of the shipping carrier and your specific address.
  • Estimated Delivery dates may change. Based on evolving average delivery time-frames, an order's estimated delivery date may be updated to reflect unforeseen delays or improvements.
  • If the Estimated Delivery date has passed, you will see the option to Report Late Delivery on your Where's My item? page.
  • It is not possible for us to refund an order that is In Transit until the date provided after reporting a late delivery incident. The order is in transit and is highly likely to arrive at that point, although later than expected. If a delivery delay has caused a package to arrive after it is no longer needed or wanted, we do offer easy returns for up to 30 days after delivery.
