How long does shipping take?

  • When you click on a listing, you'll see an average range for delivery if the item was paid today. This average is based on the historical shipping and handling time for this item from this seller.
  • After purchasing an item, you'll see an even more accurate estimated range for delivery under My Orders. This is based on historical average shipping and handling time for this item from this seller to your specific location.
  • Estimated delivery dates may change. Based on evolving average delivery time-frames, an order's estimated delivery date may be updated to reflect unforeseen delays.
  • If the Estimated delivery date has passed, you will see the option to Report Late Delivery on your Where's My item? page. After an incident has been reported you will see a date on which a refund will be automatically processed if we cannot get delivery confirmation.
  • It is not possible for us to refund an order that is In Transit until the date provided after reporting a late delivery incident. The order is in transit and is highly likely to arrive at that point, although later than expected. If a delivery delay has caused a package to arrive after it is no longer needed or wanted, we do offer easy returns for up to 30 days after delivery.
