How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe from receiving promotional marketing emails. This will not include emails about your transactions, account status, or updates to the terms of use which you'll continue to receive if you have an active account.

For your convenience, there is an Unsubscribe link in the footer of every email from Tophatter. To change your email preferences:

1. Visit Account Info
2. Click Email Preferences
3. Check the box next to all email types you wish to unsubscribe from, and Save

You can stop receiving all emails by cancelling your account.
