The global impact and aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic could not have been predicted. Suppliers around the world have faced challenges first with production, and later due to reduced international flights, and temporary closures and reduced staffing at shipping and delivery carriers:

While the supply chain is recovering, packages continue to take longer to clear various checkpoints as a result of these unforeseen challenges. Shoppers may experience delays, as well as more unsolicited refunds than usual throughout June and July.

We want you to know that we will continue doing everything we can to ensure that Tophatter remains the most fun way to hunt for deals, and the experience of our shoppers matters to us.

  2. Check on your order status any time from My Orders by clicking the item, then clicking Where's My Item?
  3. If the Estimated Delivery Date has passed by a week, you can Report Late Delivery. You will automatically receive a refund if the order is not confirmed delivered to you by the date shown.
  4. You also have the option to refund payment made with cash back to the payment method by clicking the button in the mailer after your refund is processed:
