What if I received an order and the status doesn't show Delivered?

If you received an item before it was marked Delivered in the system, please follow the steps below:

Wait a few hours

Tracking is refreshed from the carriers to correspond with our system statuses four times a day, or every six hours. If your tracking number shows the order has been delivered to you and the order status hasn't yet updated yet, come back a few hours later. The status will update automatically to Delivered.

Wait a few days

If the tracking number doesn't show the order has been delivered to you even though you have received the item, a Confirm Delivery option will appear on your invoice page a few days after the package's Estimated Delivery date. At that point you will be able to confirm delivery.
