What if I received an order and the status doesn't show Delivered?

If you received an item before it was marked Delivered in the system and you need to return it, please follow the steps below:

Wait a few hours

Tracking is refreshed from the carriers to correspond with our system statuses four times a day, or every six hours. If your tracking number shows the order has been delivered to you and the order status hasn't yet updated yet, come back a few hours later. The status will update automatically to Delivered.

Wait a few days

If the tracking number doesn't show the order has been delivered to you even though you have received the item, a Confirm Delivery option will appear on your invoice page a few days after the package's Estimated Delivery date. At that point you will be able to confirm delivery, and choose to Return Item if needed.
