What if my account is suspended?

If your account has been suspended, you will no longer be able to purchase items. You will still be able to manage account details, view and track your orders, including requesting returns, and reporting late deliveries in accordance with our Buyer Protection.

Shopper accounts may be suspended for the following reasons:

  • If an unauthorized purchase has been reported
  • If we receive an unauthorized chargeback
  • If the account refund or return rate exceeds a threshold that has been determined to be excessive
  • If the account is used in a way to abuse offers, or bypass restrictions or thresholds
  • If a referral is accepted from an account that shares the same payment method, location, or device with the referring person
  • If our support team has asked you to refrain from using abusive, hateful, or threatening language
  • If any other violations of our Terms of Use are noted
